At Sunnycrest Village, residents have their own private apartment while enjoying the benefits of independent retirement community living.  Sunnycrest has 102 apartments, all on street level, and 120 apartments in two connected 3-story complexes with elevators.

Reasonable Priced, Unfurnished Apartments Leased on a Month-to-Month Basis

Sunnycrest Village serves residents of all income levels.

Our apartment complex offers reasonably priced market rate apartments.  Market rate rents range from around $425 to $925, depending on the size of one or two bedroom apartment desired.  We offer 20 HUD subsidized apartment and also accept Sioux Falls Housing Choice Vouchers.

No investment, endowment or entrance fee is required for an apartment at Sunnycrest Village.  Only a minimal security deposit, which becomes part of the refundable damage deposit,  is required when an apartment is selected.

As of January 1, 2011, Sunnycrest Village is a smoke free property!

Sunnycrest Village is a faith-based not-for-profit corporation affiliated with the Dakota United Methodist Conference.  Our mission is to provide quality, life-enriching, low cost Christian based housing and services for seniors.
